Account & profile — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
Google Ads data — with your authorization, we access your Google Ads account through the Google Ads API to read campaigns and performance and to create or change campaigns you approve.
Business details you enter — business name, locations, budget, and keywords you provide to build a plan.
Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

Provide the Service: audit your account, build plans from live keyword data, and apply the changes you approve.
Communicate with you about your account and campaigns.
Secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

Google API Services — Limited Use. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the user-facing features described here. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to provide the Service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. Human access to Google user data is restricted and logged.

Sharing & processors

We don't sell your data. We share limited data with service providers that help us run the Service:

Google (sign-in and the Google Ads API) — to authenticate you and manage your campaigns.
DataForSEO — to look up keyword search volume and cost. We send keywords and a location, not your personal profile.
Hosting & infrastructure — to operate the application and database.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. You can also revoke our access from your Google Account permissions.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access to credentials and tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting us. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
