Terms of Service
By using ScanPine Ads at scanpineads.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you accept them on that business's behalf.
1. What the Service does
ScanPine Ads helps you plan, launch, schedule, and manage Google Ads campaigns for local businesses. We propose changes using live keyword data; you review and approve them before anything is applied to your ad account.
2. Your account & authorization
- You must sign in with a valid Google account and connect a Google Ads account you own or are authorized to manage.
- You authorize us to access that account via the Google Ads API to perform the actions you request and approve.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
3. Ad spend
Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google under your own Google Ads billing. We do not mark up, hold, or process your ad spend. Our fees (if any) are separate and disclosed to you.
4. Approvals & your responsibility
Campaigns and changes are created only after you approve them, and new campaigns are created paused for your final review. You are responsible for reviewing plans before approval and for compliance of your ads and landing pages with Google's policies and applicable law.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on Google Ads and DataForSEO. Your use of Google Ads is also governed by Google's terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data, pricing, or policy changes.
6. Fees
Any management fees, their amount, and billing terms are as agreed with you in writing or shown at sign-up. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, violate Google's advertising policies, infringe others' rights, or use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for ad spend, lost profits, or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your ads, your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law.
12. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
